Angelman’s syndrome
Happy Puppet Syndrome
This neurological disorder results from an abnormality on chromosome 15. The main clinical features are a characteristic facial appearance, jerky puppet-like type movements and prolonged
bouts of laughter. Developmental delay, behavioural difficulties and intellectual disability are likely.
