There are many ways to get involved with IHC and the work it is doing with people with an intellectual disability. For 60 years many people have got involved in the organisation and had a huge impact on people's lives.

IHC relies on the generosity of New Zealanders who provide their time and money to support our services. With your ongoing support, we will continue to be there providing support that people with an intellectual disability need.

There are three major ways to get involved:

• become a member of the IHC
  
• fundraising for IHC
  
• volunteering with IHC
